ESTATE PLANNING WEBINAR & WORKSHOP

We all want to be prepared for the future, but when it comes to estate planning, it can be difficult to know how to get started. Wills & Powers of Attorney are two powerful estate planning documents that you can prepare right now that allow you to proactively make decisions about your future wealth, health and the financial wellbeing of your family. While these documents may sound complex (and costly), the truth is that a very simple and cost efficient Will & Power of Attorney will be more than enough to meet the needs of MOST Canadians.

Join Dominion Tax Law on March 18th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (EST) for a free virtual information session where we discuss Wills & Powers of Attorney and share tips for preparing these two legal documents. We will also discuss our upcoming pro bono Estate Planning Workshop where lawyers at Dominion Tax Law, in conjunction with law students from the University of Toronto, will help participants prepare their own basic Will & Power of Attorney.

Please note that the Workshop is intended to help eligible participants prepare basic estate planning documents. While the scope of this Workshop will be sufficient for many, it will not be suitable for individuals with complex personal or financial circumstances. We invite everyone to attend our free information session where we will detail eligibility criteria for the Workshop. If the Workshop is not right for you, the lawyers of Dominion Tax Law would be happy to meet with you for an independent consultation and discuss your particular circumstances.

A link to the virtual information session will be posted on this page prior to March 18th, 2024, so stay tuned.
